Past simple irregular verbs test: Friday 28th January (the last ten verbs and revision of the previous ones).

 

Present perfect test: Tuesday 25th January:

This test includes the affirmative, negative and interrogative forms of the present perfect.

For, since, already, yet, just, how long, how ever.

Distinguish between past simple and present perfect.

The European Union

 

1º How many countries are part of the European Union?

 

There are 27 counties in the European Union.

 

2º How is the flag of the European Union?

 

The flag has twelve gold stars and a blue background.

 

3º When did the European Union start? How many memebers were there?

 

It started in 1957. There were six members.

 

4º What are the requirements in order to become an EU member?

 

Respect human rights, guarantee democracy and have a good economy.

 

5º What is the currency of the European Union?

 

The currency is the Euro.
