ENGLISH
Today we are going to look at a new
grammar content called: CONDITIONALS.
Here
is an explanation about the zero conditional and
the first conditional.
When we are talking and we want to
express a relationship between two actions, where one depends on the other one
because of a condition, we use CONDITIONALS.
Conditional sentences have two
clauses: a condition (if...) and a result. The verb tenses used in
each clause depend on whether the speaker thinks the result is probable (real)
or only exists in the imagination (unreal). This term, we are just going to
learn the first two tenses (real):
IMPORTANT
*The order of these clauses is flexible, so you
can start with the “If-clause” or with the “main clause”. But remember, if you
start with the “if-clause” you have to separate them with a “comma”.
